Ordering

When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly; if so, we will tell you and refund any payment.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.

Marketplace sellers

Some products are sold by our sister company or by other approved sellers. The seller of each product is shown on its page. Your contract for that product is with that seller, and the same delivery, returns and refund terms apply.

Medical devices sold on this website are intended for home monitoring and general use. They do not replace advice from a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional. Always read the instructions supplied with the device.
